What Are Non-Followers on Instagram?

A non-follower is any Instagram account that you follow, but that does not follow you back. They appear in your following list, but they're absent from your followers list — a one-way relationship. Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Go to Instagram Settings → Your activity → Download your information.
2. Click Request a download and choose Some of your information.
3. Select only Followers and following under Connections.
4. Set the format to JSON and the date range to All time.
5. Submit the request and wait for Instagram's email (usually 10–30 minutes).
